To manage the old invoice and subscription date when changing a plan, please follow these steps:
1. Use the Change Plan option.
2. Be sure to tick the Force change box when confirming the modification.
Customize the changes more precisely:
- Leaving fields empty: You can leave other fields empty if you only want to change specific settings.
- Coupon: You can add a coupon code to apply a discount.
- Starts at and Expires at: You can use these fields to set the explicit start and end dates for the new plan or modification, overriding the dates that are auto-generated by the module.
